If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll make it right with a quick and simple resolution process. Refund & Return Policy — Heaven Is Forever

Because every product is created especially for you, our return process works a little differently. Below is a simple guide to help you understand what’s eligible for replacement or refund and how to get support if something isn’t right with your order.

Eligible for Returns/Exchanges:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with a manufacturing issue—such as a misprint, damaged product, or the wrong item—please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To resolve your claim quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the problem

  • A short description of the issue

Once confirmed, we will offer one of the following:

  • A free reprint of the affected item

  • A refund for the item (shipping fees may not be refundable)

In most cases, defective items do not need to be returned.

Not Eligible for Returns:

Because every item is printed specifically for each customer, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Wrong colour ordered

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Minor variations within standard print tolerances

  • Custom or personalized designs, unless the print itself is defective

Please note that slight differences in colour, placement, or print outcomes are considered normal variations within industry-standard printing tolerances and are not treated as defects.

Lost Packages

If your package does not arrive:

  • First check the tracking information provided in your shipping email.

  • If the carrier confirms it as lost, contact us and we’ll assist in requesting a replacement.

Please keep in mind that carriers sometimes mark an order as delivered a day or two early, or leave packages in alternate locations such as a mailbox, gate, or reception area. If this happens, allow a little time and check with neighbours or household members before starting a claim. We’re here to assist throughout the process and will guide you toward the best resolution.

Invalid or Incorrect Shipping Addresses

If an order cannot be delivered due to:

  • An incorrect address,

  • An incomplete address, or

  • The recipient not being available,

the package may be returned to the print provider. In these cases, re-shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and refunds may not be available.

Time Frame for Claims

All product-related issues or refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the order. Claims received after 30 days may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

To help us process your claim quickly, please include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos of the product showing the problem. Providing all necessary information up front reduces delays and ensures we can verify the issue with our print partners efficiently. Acting promptly also increases the likelihood of a full resolution, whether that’s a replacement, reprint, or refund.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method or, in some cases, issued as store credit.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note that the refunded amount will only cover the product cost; original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing error or shipping mistake on our part. Once your refund is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the funds to appear in your account. If you opted for store credit, it can be used immediately toward any future purchase on HeavenIsForever.co.za.

We aim for zero-waste grace: If an item is gently used but return-eligible, we may offer store credit instead of a full refund to honor our eco-stewardship (Genesis 1:28—caring for creation).
