We aim for transparency: Shipping times and costs are estimates based on standard conditions. Delays can happen (hello, holidays or customs), but we’re here to keep you updated.
Shipping Costs

Returns & Exchanges

If your order arrives with a manufacturing issue—like a misprint or damage—reach out within 30 days with your order details and photos, and we’ll sort a reprint or refund. Because each item is printed just for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for sizing, colour preference, or buyer’s remorse. Custom designs aren’t returnable, but if there’s a print defect, we’ll fix it.
